Impact.
beyond ESG.

Carnot funds are sustainable impact funds. Impact investing means investing in solving the most pressing problems of our civilization. Positive impact comes from the activities of the portfolio companies as well as Carnot's engagement in dialogue with the companies.

Carnot analyzes the impact of companies around the world based on their strategy, products, R&D activity, and financial performance metrics, which are also prerequisites for sustainable impact.

Carnot funds thus go much further than ESG funds, which are limited to assessing what is happening inside companies. Carnot assesses and measures impact along the UN Sustainable Development Goals and presents the results in a heat map (impact mapping).
